This Nigorizake is made from Manamusume (“beloved daughter”) rice grown in Miyagi Prefecture. Manamusume creates a lush, velvety smooth sake that is filtered coarsely to allow the rice lees to seep into the the sake for an inviting texture on your palate. Miyagi B3 yeast creates delicate aromas of pear, green apples, melons and milk that will pair nicely with richly-flavored foods or cheese. Enjoy the special decanter bottle that encompasses this beautiful sake. Each bottle is filled by hand to ensure the perfect balance of nigori in each bottle.

Established in 1906, a ginjo brewery with an annual production of 400 koku. Kami Town, where the brewery is located, is along the Naruse River, which flows through the Osaki Plain in the northern part of Miyagi Prefecture. To the west you can view Mt. Funagata, while the entire area is blessed with a natural rural landscape.
