Koyama Honke Shuzo is the largest sake brewery in Eastern Japan founded in 1808. The brewery sources its water from natural spring water 180 meters underground from the Arakawa River system and the Chichibu Mountains.
They fuse traditional techniques and cutting-edge technology to produce top-class sake. By selecting excellent rice and water, they flat-polish the rice carefully with the aim of producing delicious sake.
