On the palate, taste Asian pear, red apple and a touch of sweet citrus along with earthy umami tones. This sake is the winner of Platinum Medals at the 2019 and 2017 Kura Master Awards and Gold Medals at the 2019 and 2018 Fine Sake Awards.
