Brewed with Takanenishiki sake rice, a cross between Gohyakumangoku and Miyamanishiki, this ginjo creates an elegant bouquet and aroma and is representative of an easy-drinking sake to enjoy with many fine foods. This sake won the Grand Gold Medal at the 2011 Fine Sake Awards as well as the Gold Medal in 2013.
